4月19日,42名近兩年(nian)入(ru)職(zhi)的部分(fen)大(da)學(xue)生員工(gong),在公(gong)司(si)總部員工(gong)培訓(xun)(xun)室參加了第一期“公(gong)司(si)規章制度和企業文化”培訓(xun)(xun)班的學(xue)習,為(wei)今(jin)年(nian)公(gong)司(si)全員培訓(xun)(xun)拉開(kai)了序幕。
近幾年來(lai)(lai),公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)事業(ye)(ye)不斷發展(zhan)壯大(da),工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)項(xiang)目也越(yue)來(lai)(lai)越(yue)多(duo)。為(wei)了適(shi)應當前(qian)公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的發展(zhan)需要,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)人力資源(yuan)(yuan)部通(tong)過路橋英才網(wang)、麗水人力資源(yuan)(yuan)網(wang)、龍(long)泉(quan)人力資源(yuan)(yuan)網(wang)、公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)官網(wang)及公(gong)(gong)(gong)眾(zhong)微信號(hao)等多(duo)種渠道(dao),從全(quan)(quan)國(guo)各地招(zhao)聘了200多(duo)名工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)技術的員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong),他(ta)們有的來(lai)(lai)自國(guo)企(qi)、央企(qi),有的來(lai)(lai)自民企(qi)、私企(qi),有的則剛從學(xue)校畢(bi)業(ye)(ye)。不同的企(qi)業(ye)(ye)和不同的崗位,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)規章制度、企(qi)業(ye)(ye)文化、工(gong)(gong)(gong)程(cheng)施工(gong)(gong)(gong)中的工(gong)(gong)(gong)藝、流(liu)程(cheng)、質量、安全(quan)(quan)要求(qiu)也有所不同,每(mei)名員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的業(ye)(ye)務水平也參差不齊。因此,公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)為(wei)了全(quan)(quan)面提高公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的綜合素質,增(zeng)強員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)對公(gong)(gong)(gong)司(si)的認同感和歸屬(shu)感,增(zeng)強企(qi)業(ye)(ye)員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)的凝聚力、團隊精神(shen),決定對全(quan)(quan)體員(yuan)工(gong)(gong)(gong)進(jin)行培訓教育。
根據公(gong)司(si)2018年度(du)員(yuan)工培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)計劃,公(gong)司(si)將進行全方(fang)位、各層次(ci)的員(yuan)工培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun),包(bao)括規章制度(du)、企業(ye)(ye)文化、崗(gang)位業(ye)(ye)務知識(shi)以及各個(ge)崗(gang)位工作流程、技(ji)術等方(fang)面。采用公(gong)司(si)集中培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun),各部室、各項(xiang)目部內部培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun),微信群上自學等培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)方(fang)式,不斷(duan)提高員(yuan)工的培(pei)(pei)訓(xun)(xun)(xun)(xun)效果(guo)。
